Why am I getting fatal error when submitting my form?

    I just finished creating a 100 question test called "100 Flash Card Test Questions."  I put a link to the form on our online course website.  When I clicked on the link to the test I was able to fill out the exam and submit my test.  Then I received this error:

    I also received an email that my test was submitted, but I did not receive the results to the test.

    Can you let me know why this is happening.

    I have checked your form and I can see you have set it up as quiz in our Quiz App here: http://quizform.jotform.io/ 

    For some reason the custom thank you link was still there although it is not set up in the form, what I would suggest you is to set the thank you page to the default one, the error appears because the link currently set up is expecting information to be sent from the quiz app something that is not currently happening.

    This is why the submission is being sent although this error prompts, please set the thank you page to the default and let us know how it goes.

    I changed the setting and now it works!  

    However, I am not receiving my answers for the quiz.  It is not generating another email to show my answers.

    Could you look into it?
