Non-Profit discount has been approved. Can you refund the fee?

Account under  Bear Creek Church - Non-Profit,  

We were recently approved for the non profit discount on Oct. 24.  We had also upgraded to Silver Plan on Oct. 19.

 Obvious question, and being that we are in the 30 day window... Can we get the Discount applied now? ... Refund the $319 yearly fee and Charge use the discounted amount. for the year..??

I have checked and I have seen that we have received your approval for the non-profit discount. Your approval for the discount is confirmed on 24 October 2016. So that, I have refunded $159 to you.

Please inform us if there is more we can assist you with.

We are non-profit organization and we applied for your discount. However, we already upgraded our account before we received your confirmation that you will give us a discount. Can we have a refund?
