Upon checking your account, I see that email alerts are being sent correctly. You can check your form's email history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I see that there are recipient addresses that are in the Gmail domain, these past few days we are receiving reports that our email alerts are being added in the spam folder intermittently, could you please check in your end if this is the case? If that is the case, the recipient needs to mark the said email as "NOT SPAM":
Our upper management is already aware of this and are currently working on a solution, unfortunately, the only solution for now is to mark it as "NOT SPAM" to increase the reputation of our email domain in Gmail.
