Can you use other forms of payment for a reservation form?

Hi! We are looking to create a school registration form for our Tricky Tray to put on our website. Our school uses SmartTuition and payments are made through there. Would we be able to link the school's SmartTuition account? How much would it cost to use your services for this one form?

Hi Lori,

I have investigated the Smart Tuition system. A connection between your form and Smart Tuition is doable however you would not be able to collect the payment data from Smart Tuition to JotForm since it will not be a direct integration. 

We have many payment integrations like PayPal, Stripe, etc. You are able to see the link between a submission on your reservation form and a payment on PayPal for example. However, it will not be possible Smart Tuition.

What you can do is to direct your users to Smart Tuition login page after they submit your form. Afterwards you should check your submissions and payments on both JotForm and Smart Tuition system.

By using this feature you can direct the users to this URL for example:

https://parent.smarttuition.com/default.aspx

Then they can login and the transaction will be done on Smart Tuition system.
