    Hello,

I have created a form for our company to fill out when taking client's information, however I recently noticed that the credit cards are not showing on the e-mails or the submittions and when they show it appears like this '4888########8392.'  Where can my employees find the credit card information submitted?!  It is extremely important, please advise asap.

    Hi,

May we know what form you are referring to? Please note that we do not allow forms asking for sensitive information like credit card details, bank information, login credentials, passwords and the likes. This is a violation of our Terms of Use and will lead to your account being suspended.

If you wish to ask payment from your users, it is a must to use our payment integrations. If you do not want to charge them immediately, you can enable the "Authorization Only" option in the payment integrations, here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

Now you are seeing the credit card number as "###..." because our system does not allow for this kind of information to be stored in our servers. There is no way to revert this.

Now upon checking your forms, I see that they are in a different language, which is quite a challenge for our anti-Phishing system to detect this, but please note that we do not allow forms asking for bank information and credit card information like this:

When I translated it, this is how it looks like:

You are asking for account numbers, routing number, card numbers, expiration date and CVV. Again, this is not allowed. Please remove these fields as soon as possible. Violation of our terms will only lead to your account being suspended, worst case would be a permanent ban.

Let us know if you have questions.

    Hi,

We have not received a response from your end. Please be advised that we have removed all the fields collecting bank information and credit card numbers in your forms. This is a violation of our Terms of Use as mentioned in the earlier message sent. If you continue to collect this kind of information, we will need to suspend your account.

    Thank you.

    Hi again,

We have not heard from you since. I checked your form and there are credit card patterns in the "Notas" field. As I have already mentioned, collecting credit card information is not allowed in JotForm. If you continue to collect this information we will be forced to suspend your account and may possibly ban you.

We will wait for your response.
