I have 4 form active forms and all the forms are disabled.

I have checked your account and the reason why your forms are disabled is that our system caught fishing at your "Credit Card Donation" form. Nevertheless, when I analysed this form, I did not notice any fishing. I whitelisted your form and activated your account.
The reason why our system automatically caught fishing is that the reference name of the credit card picture and the name of your form contains "credit card" phrase. We recommend you to alter these names.
Kindly check your account and forms again. If the problem still continues, please contact us again.
