How to prevent other people to edit formAsked by TraitCapture on November 02, 2016 at 02:28 AM
Hi, We have a form that we want users to be able to edit while they are working with us to finish, but then once it is finalized we want to lock it to prevent them from being able to edit it. Is this possible?
If I am correct, you want other users to be able to edit your form. If this is the case, you must add them as sub users to your account. As I checked your account, it is a Free account. Therefore you can only add 1 sub user. If you want to add more, you may upgrade your account.
When you don't want your sub users to edit your form, you can remove them from your sub account list. Below, you can find the user guide that will help you to share your forms with sub users.
I hope this solves your problem. If I did misunderstand your issue or you have further questions, please contact us again.
