Is this true? Can everyone acces the uploaded content?

If your form with uploaded file field is linked to several emails, I mean Notifiers will go to several emails, they will all receive a uploaded file, of course.

Otherwise, nobody can access your uploaded file if you didn't grant them the access somehow.
