Why my account is downgraded?

    I have upgraded my account to bronze just few days ago, ( see attached email) 

    Why do I have to upgrade again?

    Why I lost all my  old submissions in one of my form??( the Samsung RDC signup form )

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. 

    I checked your account and our logs and I found the recent payment. So I set your account back to Bronze. This happened most probably due to changing of your payment method from PayPal to credit card. So cancellation on PayPal initiated downgrading of your account.

    I fixed that for you. Regarding Submissions, I initiated restoring of any potentially missing submission if the issue persists with that please get back to us.
