email@example.com , mail to the e-mail does not come

I've checked your account and I've seen that your email firstname.lastname@example.org was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason, you did not receive submissions to your email address. So that, I've removed your email address from our bounce list. You are able to receive emails normally now.
Moreover, if you want to check if your email address is in our bounce list or not, you can check and remove it as the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
