Also, if I choose the free account and I pass the 100 monthly submissions, what happens when a donor wants to submit a new donation? Lastly, what does receive 10 payments mean?

Accounts can have different subscription plans, you can check their differences in our pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. There are monthly limits and there are also fix ones, to give you a quick overview, here are some information about them:

    Example, for "Free" plan:

100 monthly submissions - this is the number of submissions you can receive per month. This is counted from 1st day to the last day of the month.

10 received/completed payments monthly - this is the number of submissions that have payments on them. This is only applicable to forms that have payment integrations on them. To learn more about payment integrations, you can check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm. Example, you have a form with Paypal integration on it, if the user fills out the form and successfully completes a payment after the submission, then that is counted as 1 payment submission/completed payment submission. This is also monthly.

100 MB upload space - this is the total size of file uploads you can store, this is only applicable if you have forms that uses a file upload field. Here's a guide about upload forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-Upload-Forms. This is fixed.

1,000 monthly form views - every time your form is visited or loaded, that is counted as a form view. This is a monthly limit. To learn more about form views, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

500 total submissions storage - this is the number of submission data you can store on your account. This is NOT monthly and it is fixed.

Note: Monthly limits resets every 1st day of the month.

Account limits changes depending on your current subscription plan, you can always upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to increase your limits.

Let us know if you have questions.

I forgot to mentioned, when you reached your monthly submission limit (including payment submissions, form views) and upload space limit, our system will inform you about it. If you exceeded that limit, your account will be set to "Overlimit" or "Overquota", all of your forms will temporarily be disabled, so no new submissions will be received.

If you reached the limit for the "Submission Storage", then the oldest submission will be deleted so that new submissions will be received. Example, you have reached 500 submissions in your storage, if a new submissions is received the oldest submission in your list will be deleted. You can free up you submission storage by deleting submissions, but please note that deleting a submission will permanently remove it in our servers without any backups.

Note: Monthly limits cannot be manually refreshed or reset on your end by deleting submissions. Only "Submission Storage" and "Upload Space" can be free up by deleting submission data.
