Where does the information submitted in the form go?

Is the information gathered e-mailed directly to a given account or stored at jotform or ??? The system talks about notification when the form is filled in. But how is the formation itself retrieved/viewed. If the dropbox widget is used is that in addition to any other storage or replacement of any other storage?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The form submission will be stored on our servers under your account. The process is that once the user hit the submit button, the submissions will be forwarded to our servers. After that, the email alerts will be sent as well as the integration (Google Drive/Dropbox).

You can view the form submissions in the Submissions page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

If the dropbox widget is used is that in addition to any other storage or replacement of any other storage?

The submissions with attachments will still be present in your account. You need to manually delete them in order to clear your upload space. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

You can use the Auto Delete Submissions app.  This app deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received. Here's the link: http://auto-delete.jotform.io/

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
