Image inserted into PDF doesn't show in output

Hello,

I have customized the PDF output for submissions, including the addition of an image.

In the design view, below, the included image appears. In the created PDF file however, the image is not included, just a square placeholder is indicated, as shown further below.

We had a temporary issue with the upload file links which may be causing this issue. The issue is now fixed by our backend team and should be working fine. Could you check once again and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to take a look again for you.
