When I send a reply email to a submission, it used to reply to the email address entered by my customer. That's no longer the case. Now when I reply, the reply just goes to the submission email address (mine). Copying and pasting my customer's email address in every instance is a huge time waste. How can I fix this?Page URL:

This was due to the recent switch on the email server used in notifications. This has been already fixed so it should not happen anymore on incoming emails. You should continue to see the submitters email in the reply-to field as usual.
