Uptime of my form

I have noticed that the donation form has uptime issues. It's working now, but last night it was down. Can you verify that there is nothing wrong with my setup. This is the second time i have had uptime issues with my form in the last few months. Donations are the lifeline for our charity and it's dishearting to have customers send you screenshots that your donation page is down.

It might have been a brief issue. Your form settings are okay, I see it is loading fine, please let us know if this happens again.

Do you have any tools to verify the uptime of the forms? My client has noticed the form being down twice in the past few months. Do paid members get an uptime guarantee?
