Signatures are not showing up on submitted forms

    Signatures are captured as images and we had some recent issues with redirecting to those files properly.  Images and file uploads should now be working once again and so should signatures.  Let us know if they are still not working and we will be happy to have a closer look.

    You may need to create a new PDF for the signature images to show in the PDF.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the signatures are still not showing up when I try to approve the record. I created a new form and it did not solve this issue.

    I checked this on my end and indeed, emailed PDF's and all PDF's sent to integrations are still producing 404 errors for file upload links.  I have alerted our developers to this and will forward your thread as well.

    As soon as this is working once again, we will let you know.  For now, the PDF generated from your JotForm account submissions view will contain the correct links:

    This should now be fixed for new submissions.  All newly generated PDF's should have the correct file URLs.
