We have a responder email and it is set to respond to the senders email but it has defaulted to our email which is contact@adhdclinicsa.com.

If I understand your described issue it sounds to me like you are saying you've set the recipient address for some of your forms to go to a different address but are only seeing it as your account's default email address if that is correct?

Can you provide us with a link to one of your forms that has had this issue recently?

I checked one of your forms and found it's set to send to " contact@adhdclinicsa.com" but, that's your default email address that it should be filled with every time you create a new form unless you edit and change the email recipient.

Also, what email address were you changing it to that it defaulted from if you don't mind us asking?

Perhaps I didn’t state that quite right. Normally our forms come into Contact@adhdclinicsa.com and that is fine. When we reply to that form though it is supposed to go to the person that filled out the form. It is replying back to our contact@adhdclinicsa.com email.

This happened once before and it was something on your end.

It looks like the change occurred on November 1st. Until then the reply to was picking up from the senders email address.

It's alright, I might have misunderstood you and I do apologize and thank you for the additional information about this problem. I think I understand now, you meant the reply-to address in your email notification it seems.

I believe that this might've happened from when we recently started receiving tons of reports from users about not receiving their emails so our developers have been making some fixes and updates to our system to help resolve the issue. So there's a small possibility it may have reset it perhaps..

I've checked on a few of your forms but I see it's set to reply to the field when it's used.

However, if I've misunderstood you then feel free to correct me if otherwise.

Which form are you looking at for this? Any in particular?

Yes that is it exactly. I could tell when it stopped functioning correctly.

    Hello,

We had an issue about reply-to field. This problem is fixed now. You should now see the submitters email address in the reply-to email by now. Please check the issue from your end and turn back to us if you still have this issue.

    Thank you very much.

    Regards!
