Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

    When a customer uploads a document on any and ALL of our JotForms, when we go click on the link to view the document link, we receive this error message "

    Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

    This link has generated too much traffic and have automatically been disabled." 


    We have never opened this document up before.

    We need this fixed TODAY as it is holding up our employees.

    Our apologies. The file should now work once again.

    The error was due to the bandwidth limit which has resumed its operation and now affecting uploaded files with high bandwidth usage but it was reverted back to prevent further issues. Should be fine by now.
