Getting "page is not working" when trying to download attachments in my form.

    When clients upload a PDF and submit it through the form, we are unable to open it. Weather we try to download it through the company's email or Jotform. Even when the client receives a receipt email they cannot open the pdf link. Please advice as soon as possible. Please see the attachment below to view the message that pops up when we attempt to view the file.

    I have checked the submissions page as well as  the email history of your form and I can see both are working on my end, I was able to download the files when I clicked on the links: 

    I have also checked this form and I was able to download the attachments. 

    Could you please provide us the link to your form or the name of it? 

    We will be glad to further check your form and find why attachments are not working.
