PDF not correctly attaching to emails suddenly

    Hello, 

    I have set it up so that a PDF is sent with the auto respond email. The PDF was opening correctly initially (for about a week), but now is not. The emails show that there is an attachment, but when trying to preview or open the attachment it doesn't work. 

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    I was not able to replicate the issue. I tested your form and I got the autoresponder email with PDF attachment. Here's my screen capture:

    Can you please check it again? We had  an issue regarding to file upload and images that might affected PDF in autoresponder but it is now fixed.

    If the issue still persists, please contact us again. We'll investigate it further.

    Thank you, John. 

    The PDF now works on that form, but I am experiencing the same issue on a similar form (https://form.jotform.com/STEPllc/119-dcsd-motm), can you fix that here as well? 

    Also, I have quite a few people who filled out the form before it was fixed, is there a way to resend the email to them from jot form? Thanks!

    There's no way to re-send the autoresponder. However, you can check the Submissions page of your form and manually send them your autoresponder message and PDF by forwarding or replying to them.
