I can't view or save any files uploaded to my forms.

    I have customers trying to upload images and zip files to my Item Submission Form. When I go to view or save their files, it gives me the following error: 

    The files.jotform.com page isn’t working

    files.jotform.com redirected you too many times.


    Try clearing your cookies.


    I have tried clearing my cookies and re-signing in and I still get this error.

    This might be due to the bandwidth limit that has resumed its operation. 

    Could you please check it again this time? This should be fixed now.

    Now I'm getting 404 errors when trying to view the files.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked the file from your screenshot where you encountered the error, but I can't seem to replicate it on my end. I was able to view the "Circus Themed Birthday Party Invitation Sample" successfully. I did not encounter a 404 error when viewing the file.

    It could be possible that the issue you encountered was temporary, and should now be resolved.  Can you please clear your browser cache or try using a different browser and view the file again?
