Being charged on closed account

    In April I requested to have the account closed as I only use it for one event during the spring. At this point I thought that it was closed, but after reviewing my PayPal account I recognized that I have been charged 19.00 for the past 6 months. I am hoping to be refunded this amount.

    Please help me solve this matter as I have been using JotForm and hope to continue the service.

    I'm sorry, but we cannot find your request for cancellation in our records. Here's how you can cancel the subscription on your Paypal account:

    As for the refund, I'm sorry to say that we can only refund up to 60 days. This is Paypal's restriction for subscription payments. I have requested this to our billing team. The refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from now and you should be informed here. Paypal should also send you an email about the refund.
