Signature is not showing in the PDF I received in my email

I've been using Jotform for several weeks already. Everything has been working perfectly until today. The email I get from Jotform in my email do not show the signature. However, when I went on Jotform system the signature image was there. How can I get the signature image in the PDF generated by jotform in my email. This has happened with one of the submissions. Thank you

This should now be fixed for new submissions.  All newly generated PDF's should have the correct file URLs.  For any PDF's that do not have the signature present, a new correct copy can be generated from your the submission view for your form:
