Can I create a registration form that would allow users to update their entry at a later date?

Basically, I want the user to be able to register for the networking festival as well as upload their acceptance letter.  Some students may not have this yet as they have not been mailed out from their subsequent schools.  Can I create a form that allows for registration, but keep one field open?  In other words, their application would be complete, but they could still submit this and return later to upload the document.

    Thank you!

You can give users the option to edit their entry at a later date. Here's our guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date. But for them to submit, you have to make that open field a non-mandatory.

Or, you can also show/hide the field. Add a radio button field with Yes/No options. Add a condition that if Yes is selected, show the acceptance letter field:
