Auto-responder Email: Why file attachment feature is not working?

    I am trying to add an attachment to the autoresponder emails and have tried multiple formats (PDF, Word, Pub, PNG, JPG) but none of the formats display when the email is received.  The attachment is always empty or unable to display.

    I have just tested your form and when I received the email auto-responder I could download the attachment you have included in it.

    I can also confirm that this is the file you have attached in the email wizard:

    I have also opened the file and this is what I got:

    Also, do note that the max file size for attachments is 15 MB since this is the limit on the email service provider. 

    Could you please take another look to your form? 

    If possible share us a screenshot about how the file shows on your end or, please  let us know if the file I show in my screenshot is not the correct. 

    I would also suggest you to remove the email auto-responder and try with a new one, may be there was a temporary issue at the moment that you added the email.
