How can I set up options in my form and remove them once they have reached the available quantity?

I would like to know if you jotform have somekind of form template that fulfills the conditions below:

We want a response form where when an employee is sent a link to the form they can select from a drop down menu of gift card options, I also need the form to automatically deduct from the total available cards and then remove that option when it reaches 0. For example, we have 1 Boston Pizza Card left and someone chooses that as their option, I don't want Boston Pizza to show up on the list of options anymore... if possible.

But for the special requirement you're asking you will need to use a widget, the Gift Registry widget will help you to display options in your form as check boxes so once each options is chosen it will decrease the available number, here is the link to it so you can take a look: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

Also, when there are no more available options in the widget they will appear, but they will be disabled so will not be possible to select the option again.
