Why I'm charged again for Bronze subscription?

    Good evening,

    We took an annual subscription Bronze, September 30, under the login cris74, to extend our monthly subscription, according to your advice.
    To this end, I warned you in September of our intention to take the annual subscription.
    I have to be charged $ 19 today. Why Rate?
    Can I have an explanation?

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. This problem occurred because your previous subscription Bronze monthly was paid by using PayPal, but new subscription, the yearly one, was paid by using credit card. 

    PayPal is subscription based payment so it will continue with a charging of subscription because of that. 

    But, we will sort this out. I will request a refund of your $19 Bronze plan and if you could kindly Cancel your PayPal subscription so it doesn't occur anymore.
