Form submissions responses are not emailing

    The email addresses listed on the insurance verification page are not receiving the notification.

     

    Please advise

    I did some checkings on your form and I did a test submissions. Could you please confirm if you received my email to any of these emails: 

    Also, please check Junk/Spam folder if submissions maybe went there.

    These went through.
    But the rest are going directly to the junk folder.
    Previously they went directly to the inbox

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers.  If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.

    Hopefully, it should stop there once your email provider realizes that you have manually marked these emails as NOT SPAM. One more thing you can try to lessen the likelihood of this happening again, is to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your Contact List.
