I have three forms:
-Returning Staff Application Form
-Employee Reference Check Form
Previously, I had these completed forms set up to be forwarded to my personal and business emails. I have not altered any information and as of recently, I no longer receive any notifications. I have also tried sending them to multiple emails to ensure that it was not an issue with that particular email address.
Please advise.

One of the recipients for that form were in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, go to the spam/junks folders of your recipients, and if you find any email from JotForm please mark it as NOT SPAM:
