works fine on a desktop, but not on a mobile device. Just sits there. There has to be a fix for this problem.

What is the problem you are seeing with mobile devices? I just submitted your form from my android device, and it took me to the PayPal page without an issue:
It looks like the issue might be related to internet connection. Let us know if you need more help.
