Hi there! I have stopped receiving emails when a form is submitted. It is happening on several forms. Nothing changed on my end that I know of and I checked to be sure the email was correct and also if any emails had been sent to my spam - but found nothing wrong there.

I have checked your email log and saw that emails going to your email address are sending properly. So I recommend to please check your spam folder and search for the emails there. If you do find them, I recommend to mark them as Not Spam in order for your email account to recognize that emails sent by JotForm should not land to spam.
Also, you can also check your emails history in order to see if the emails were properly delivered or if it failed from sending to its recipients by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
In doing the practice of checking the email logs, you will also identify if you have email alerts which needs to have an attention for fixing.
