Under the folder Lynch Creek Farm, we have a form called "Corporate - LCF Website - Inquiry / Order". These messages are supposed to be forwarded to a team inbox within Freshdesk. Lately, they have not been coming through. We did update our Freshdesk DKIM DNS recently but doubt that would matter. Please help. Thanks!
One of your recipient emails for your form was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List, I have removed it from there, so this should solve the problem.
In addition to this, please check your spam/junks folders, and if you find any email coming from JotForm, mark it as NOT SPAM:
