Integration to salesforce is throwing me an error. Please help!

The Salesforce integration seems to be working fine on my end. I was able to integrate the cloned form to salesforce without any issue.
There appears to be an error with your login credentials. Do you have access to the Salesforce account? Please make sure that the login credentials, including your security token are correct, and there are no blank spaces in them. You can also try resetting the security token to see if that resolves the issue. Please check out this thread from salesforce: How do I find my security token?
