Are uploaded files in my form email to me?

Can you confirm that when items (stories and photos) are downloaded via the Forms they will be mailed to me. 

Yes, you will receive the uploaded files  via email if you have not remove  the upload files field from the email template.

The link to the uploaded file  will be included in the email as a field in your form, additionally you could also send uploaded files as attachments in your email notifications, to enable this option open the email wizard and go to the advanced tab, once there turn on the option to attach files in the email: 

But do note that only file with a max size of 15 MB can be attached, bigger files will not be attached in the email notification as 15 MB is the limit in the email service provider.
