DropBox Submissions Re-appear (resolved)

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As far as I know, we do not store deleted submissions in our database. You can see all the existing form submissions on the Submissions page.

    Anyway, I have created a ticket to our Next Level Support to make sure that the problem is not related to our service.

    In the meantime, I would recommend you to contact Dropbox support, and check this issue with them.

    We will update this thread if we get any more information for you.

    problem has been identified and this is a dropbox error. This has been logged to dropbox support.
