Double entry/validate numeric field

Hi 

Is it possible to set up a system that requests someone enter a numeric field twice and will only accept it if they match?  A bit like the system for email addresses?

It is definitely possible to do. You can use conditions. You can configure it in a way that unless the two number fields do not match submit button is not shown. Here is how you can do it:
