Form not saving data in spreadsheets

I have used session save b using NEXT button concept.

The main form(2nd form) is saving every field data but not the spreadsheet's data.

    Kindly check: https://form.jotform.me/63071014485450?session={email54}

    The form 1 is https://form.jotform.me/63063609708459

Also the mail does not trigger to the user from the FORM 1 to continue to the FORM 2

    Hello,

I've checked your account and your forms. I've fulfilled the form1 and I've seen that an email triggered me to continue to form2 as you can see the screens below:

I've fulfilled and Submit the form2 successfully. I've received an autoresponder to my email address as you can see below:

I've seen that your form1 belongs to the sambit named user, your form2 belongs to the tvrlsblr named user. So that, my submissions for form2 went to the tvrlsblr named user. I've checked and I have seen my submission in the submission list of the tvrlsblr named user as you can see my test submission below:

Also, I have seen that the spreadsheet data that I've filled was saved in the submission.

I was able to test the forms that you created and I could not replicate the issue. I have tried the forms in both Google Chrome and Mozilla and I did not see any issue. Maybe you should have cleared your web browser caches.

Please check again and If you need further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you.

    Hello Candy,

I agree that the spreadsheet contains data after submitting, but I have the query regarding the save session. Without submitting, when an user is opening the form 2 link his answers need to be saved to his unique session id session="email" without the submit button.

Case is: An user logs out from his system after completing half the form and clicks next. This should save the half completed form, and he comes back and completes the other half and submits.

Here every field is getting saved but some spreadsheets not.

    Hello,

I have checked your form again. You did not have any page break in your second form to save forms and continue later.

The main form needs to have page break, please also note that the progress on each page will only be saved when the "Next" and "Back" button is clicked.

Please check our guide link: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Please try and if you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact.

    Thank you.

    Hello Candy,

I think you are misinterpreting again.
The save button in the form is itself the page break button.

So after the page break, there is submit button.

We apologize for the confusion. I see what you meant on your form https://www.jotform.me/form/63071014485450 . See the page break button as the SAVE button and then there is a Submit button after.

I have checked the form thoroughly and I found that Autofill was also enabled. This feature does not work in tandem with the Continue Forms Later saved session workaround.

So I suggest you disable this option on the form.

Please take note as well that for the submission to be in the Google spreadsheet using the integration, the form must be submitted first successfully.

The saved session alone will not trigger the transfer of submission to the google spreadsheet.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
