    Our client have been getting this issue recently. (please check screenshot)
    This keeps on happening few times when our client checks.

    How to make the forms more stable and robust?

    Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code? Here's how you can get that code: There might be a script or resource conflict that may be happening between your website and your JotForm form. 

    Let us know if that works.
