It seems that your account username tamsynclark to visitchislehurst by one of our support team members as per this thread. However, I notice that your account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription which is being paid using PayPal. Since the accounts holding PayPal subscriptions cannot be updated with the new username, it is required to cancel the current subscription and then change the account username to other.
At the moment, I have reverted the change of the username from visitchislehurst to tamsynclark. Since your account is due to renew by 5 Nov, 2016 you may cancel the current subscription by following the steps below:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will Bronze status until your next billing date. We can change the account username once the account is downgraded to Free. Or you can let us know once the subscription is cancelled so that we can downgrade the account to Free since it is only 2 days to renew and then change the account username.
