So I have two forms, one for accepting a job offer, and a 2nd one for providing personal details. It's not practical to link the forms and complete back to back or use 'save and complete later' in this case.
Whilst instructions to the candidates are very clear, I'm worried that without a bit of manual work exporting to excel, I can't easily see who has completed form 1, but not form 2 (eg, who do my recruiters need to follow up on).

If you are looking for a tool/app in JotForm that can help you compare data of two forms, unfortunately, there is no current tool/app that is available in JotForm that can help you with this. You will need to manually check the data one by one so you can see if one of your user submitted Form 1 but not Form 2. You can also take advantage of the "Search in Submissions" feature in the Submission page so you can easily search for the submission on your form.
