Why sub-users are no longer able to delete submissions?

I have created sub-accounts for users.  Until recently, they were able to log in and delete submissions.  The form created is a list of lost and found items that generate to a webpage.  After the items were picked up or donated, the users would then delete the submissions.  That option is no longer there.  Is this something that can be fixed/added/addressed?

I just checked one of your sub-users(DMcintosh@csmd.edu) and I didn't notice any problems with deleting submissions, delete button is there and it is active:

Did you have this problem with a specific user/submission?

Ah, thank you! There used to be a little red X icon on the page that
listed all of the items. Thank you for clarifying!
