I was charged incorrectly- Please fix

    Hi,

    I downgraded my account to Free a few weeks ago and now I was just charged for this month. I do NOT want this month. I do NOT want to be charged anymore.

    Please credit this month and make sure that my account is corrected marked as a free one now.

    I fully cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment.  You should receive the refund in 5-7 business days.
