My form submission limit doesn't seem to be working

    Hi,

I've created a form, and prior to publishing it, I wanted to test the submission limit feature.  I set my limit to 1, and submitted one form myself.  At first, this seemed to work perfectly.  After I submitted the first form, I would click the form link and get the "registration full" message I had entered.  However, now I am not getting that message and the form is coming up, even though the limit remains the same and we still have one submission.  Can you help?

For reference, here is a link to my form:  https://form.jotform.com/63065214055145

    Best,

I have checked your form and I can see you have set up the submissions limit to 5, in your submissions I can see you currently have 2 submissions and 3 submissions flagged as incomplete payments.

As you have added a PayPal integration to your form if there are incomplete payments in your form they will not count as submissions until they're completed, you could for example pass the submissions limit you have set up and the form will still be active.

To apply the limit the submissions need to be shown in the submissions page so they count against the limit.

I would suggest you to check the current submissions that you have as incomplete in your form and when you reach the limit then the form will be disabled.
