Form Submitted Oct. 31 did not reach us by email

    Form is Name Bar Order Form, was submitted on Oct. 31 from Jimm Cluff.  It shows up in the list of submitted forms in the Jot Form interface, but did not reach us by email.


    Is there any log of failures, or any way we can tell what went wrong?

    I found mentioned submission from Jimm Cluff that was submitted on Oct. 31th, when I checked submission page of the form you provided. However when I checked email history log on your account I did not found email Notification for that submissions. 

    We had an issue three days ago with email Notifications. Email Notifications that had multiple recipients, like on your form, were not sent. However this issue was quickly resolved by our developer. It seems that because of that issue you did not received email notification. 

    You can edit mentioned submission and re-submit the form. After that email Notification should  be sent. You do not need to change the data, simply click on Edit option and submit the form. Inside of this guide you can find how to edit submissions: 

    I have also checked and all recent submissions from mentioned for were successfully sent.
