I need to set up a vendor form where potential vendors will need to provide thier information as well as a completed W9. If they do not have an EIN they may be filling in their Social Security Number. I learned the hard way that I may get blacklisted by Jotform if it thinks I am phishing for personal data.
My question is: can i use the fillable form PDF feature for the W9 or will it get me blacklisted if it sees the term Social Security Number or SSN? Are there any other alternatives?
I know i can provide a link that the users can download the form, print it out, sign it, and then upload it but I would prefer a more "automated" method.

We do allow for collecting social security numbers under certain circumstances. Forms that do collect such information may still set off our phishing detector and forward the form for manual review. I went ahead and whitelisted both of your W-9 forms and those should no longer cause any trouble.
