We are concerned about the security of confidential student information.

Once a submission is done it will be sent to our database and, if you have set up, an email notification will be sent to you as well as an auto-responder to the submitter, by default the auto-responder has the submitted data, but you can also customize it and include only some custom text instead.

Your submissions are accessible only via the submissions page so it means that a login is required in order to get the submissions, only those with the login credentials of your account will be able to see the information in your submissions, or if you have shared this info through reports then the info will be accessible as well.

If you would like to add more security to your submissions then it is recommended to enable the encryption feature, a de-crypt key will be provided and it will be required to get the de-crypted info in your submissions so if you access to the submissions page or try to view the submitted info sent via email you will be asked for the de-crypt key, otherwise the info will show encrypted.

Here's a link with more details about this feature, please take a look: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope this helps.
