Cannot access disabled forms in the field manager app

    Trying to merge or copy multiple fields from one from into another. The Field Manager is only allowing me to select from approximately 10 or so forms out of the hundreds we have. ??

    The majority of your forms are disabled.  Only forms that are currently enabled can be used by the field manager app. 

    The forms shown in black in the My Forms section of your account are the forms that are currently enabled:

    The forms shown in light grey are currently disabled and cannot be used by the app.
