Why did I lose all my old forms when I upgrade my plan?

    I changed my plan from free one to the bronze one and I lost all my old forms. I need to bring back all my old forms please.

    Are you talking about these forms? They belong to another account oscarama (oscarama@shaw.ca), if you want them to be transferred to this account, please login into that account then make the request to us on this forum.

    Hey Erika, we can certainly move the forms for you but the request should come from the actual account owner.

    As advised by Jeanette, our manager, login to your account as Oscarama then reply to this thread so we can process it.

    If by any chance you don't have access to the said account, coordinate with the account owner and have him reply to this thread with the request and confirmation of the transfer.
