is it possible to integrate your survey application to my web portal?

Asked by Abdullah Bukhari on May 09, 2012 at 06:18 AM

We are planning to add a survey functionality in one of our web portals.  if you can do, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at my email address.

    regards

    Abdullah

    and we want the followings on the survey function;

    a.     Types of surveys

    ·          Short: 1-9 questions

o    Embedded in our web-portal utilizing PSO landing page

    ·          Long: More than 10 questions

o    Hosted outside of our web-portal but a link should be placed on PSO landing page

      Types of survey questions

    ·          Questions allowing multiple choice answers (check box)

    ·         Questions allowing for single  choice answers (radio button)

    ·         Questions allowing free text answers

    ·         Questions requiring an answers providing a ranking

    ·         Questions that depend on the answers to previous questions in the same survey

    a.     Surveys audience

Target group of surveys could be based on (or a combination of) all the attributes of the user.

    a.     Connecting surveys to individual records in our system

    ·          Our system should be able to track which candidate has filled out the survey versus those ones who haven't

    ·          Candidates should be able to save survey and complete at a later time

    ·          Survey (or survey link) should be shown on PSO landing page as long as candidate doesn't complete the survey

    b.     Re-integrating survey into ADC

    ·          Ability to complete fields once flagged mandatory after application is completed at a previous date

    ·         Ability to allow previously completed applicants to fill out new fields once introduced in the web-portal at a later stage of the program

    c.    Usage of survey results

    ·         Storage of answers within user profiles (not necessarily for all surveys)

    ·         Statistical analysis of survey answers by participant subsegment (e.g., separate analysis by age bracket, gender, time spent in program etc. etc.). In order to facilitate this the engine should support

o   Basic statistical analysis (how often was which answer provided?)

    o   Participation/completion reports

o   Export of a full data dump (answers, identifier of participant that can be linked to ADC, eligibility data and other program parameters). This dumb then can be analyzed using external statistical applications.

Hello , find my answers below your questions :

    a.     Types of surveys

    ·          Short: 1-9 questions

o    Embedded in our web-portal utilizing PSO landing page

    ·          Long: More than 10 questions

    ·         Questions allowing free text answers

    ·         Questions requiring an answers providing a ranking

    ·         Questions that depend on the answers to previous questions in the same survey

Please check the following Survey templates

    https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/health-evaluation-form

    https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/contact-the-webmaster-form

Both contains basically ALL you need to accomplish those questions above

    a.     Surveys audience

Target group of surveys could be based on (or a combination of) all the attributes of the user.

Could you please ellaborate your question into more details?

    a.     Connecting surveys to individual records in our system

    ·          Our system should be able to track which candidate has filled out the survey versus those ones who haven't

To my knowledge this is not possible, unless you buy the Jotform application License, which is a self hosted version and can be customized to your needs

    ·          Candidates should be able to save survey and complete at a later time

Yes, that is possible to accomplish with a Free, Premium or Professional account

    Please check this guide

    ·          Survey (or survey link) should be shown on PSO landing page as long as candidate doesn't complete the survey  Please check this guide

    b.     Re-integrating survey into ADC

    ·          Ability to complete fields once flagged mandatory after application is completed at a previous date

You can flag mandatory any field by clicking on the required button from toolbar

    ·         Ability to allow previously completed applicants to fill out new fields once introduced in the web-portal at a later stage of the program

You can alsways send them back the form with completed data following previous guides above

    c.    Usage of survey results

    ·         Storage of answers within user profiles (not necessarily for all surveys)

To my knowledge this is not possible, unless you buy the Jotform application License, which is a self hosted version and can be customized to your needs

Another solution would be to send or update data using some web programming in order to insert it into your Database

Please check this guide to see more details

    ·         Statistical analysis of survey answers by participant subsegment (e.g., separate analysis by age bracket, gender, time spent in program etc. etc.). In order to facilitate this the engine should support

o   Basic statistical analysis (how often was which answer provided?)

    o   Participation/completion reports

I think you could accomplish this point by using our Google docs integration

However if you need an ellaborated statistical analysis , it is much better to have the application hosted on your server

o   Export of a full data dump (answers, identifier of participant that can be linked to ADC, eligibility data and other program parameters). This dumb then can be analyzed using external statistical applications.

You can always download your submission into a CSV or EXCEL format files .

Although the Google integration could also be a good option

You can also ellaborate reports , please check this guide

If you have more questions , specially regarding to the Jotform Application, please send an email to  support@interlogy.com

    Best regards

    Jeanette
