Adding Excel document to the Jotform

Hi,

I wanted to upload an excel document on the Jot from, so that user can download the excel document, fill it out, and send it back to me. Is there a way where I can attach a excel document in the form so that users can download?

The main purpose of doing so is, we want users to add names of the guest who attended our fundraising events. Adding them at Jotform might get confusing since there can be more than 50 names. If it's not possible to upload an excel document for user, do you have any other recommendations?

I think you could attach the file in an email auto-responder so after the user submits the form the file will be sent via email.
